In this insightful Q&A session, Sushma shares her journey from working for Wizcraft to partnering with them.
I started my journey alongside my studies in the luxury industry and then worked with Wizcraft – the pioneers in events and media business. After working for almost 7-8 years, in the year 1997, I specialized in Corporate Identity Implementation Processes with Sista’s and Wolf-Olin’s in the UK.
In the year 2000, I along with my partner Pramod Gaikwad who later became my husband, co-founded Ice Global, specialising in experiential strategy, campaign management and experiential execution roll-outs with a firm focus on Brand Communication and Management.
In 2008, I started another business as a Breakthrough Specialist enhancing attitudes and skills, through the use of experiential and neuro-linguistic techniques. Today as a CXO coach, I work with industry experts and senior management to help them achieve targets and enhance their potent presence.
I have been a frequent lecturer at Management Institutes and also a director at Wizcraft MIME. I also served as the Vice President and General Secretary of the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) which is an apex industry association.
Because I am passionate about students, the way they think. I am passionate about furthering their growth, both personal and professional. And I am very passionate about my industry, the event industry.
In the sense that, there is a dearth of skilled talent and I would love to be the channel that enables the empowerment and growth of the event industry.
Energetic, Driven and Loving
I am an avid learner. In my free time, I book myself into workshops for personal development. I also spend time meditating.
Rejoice about what you did because what you did was absolutely what you were meant to do. Trust yourself. Trust the future.
